Coach Jason DeRose, established FASTER LLC in 2008 to expand his dynamic passion for educating others about health, fitness, nutrition, performance enhancement exercises, injury prevention and overall well being.  He has a Health and Physical Education degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is Pittsburgh’s only certified XPE Master Trainer.
