Podcast #6-18 Tom Duer- Pittsburgh Fitness Project

Tom Duer, B.S., CSCS, TSAC, USAW-Level 1, Crossfit Level 1, is the Co-Founder/Owner of Pittsburgh Fitness Project, a gym and wellness center located in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Tom is a former college athlete. After college he competed in bodybuilding and participated in Crossfit, before finding his current passion, Olympic-Style Weightlifting (in which he placed 7th in the USA in the 105kg Weight Class in 2017).  Tom has been working as a personal trainer in the Pittsburgh area since 2009; in 2015, Tom founded the Pittsburgh Fitness Project (PFP).  In 2017, in partnership with his client, Dr. Brian Clista, Tom opened the current PFP facility to create a community based wellness center in Lawrenceville.  To learn more about Tom Duer and Pittsburgh Fitness Project, visit www.pittsburghfitnessproject.com
