“I am a 200 hour registered yoga instructor and have been practicing yoga for 16 years. I received my teacher training through Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX in 2007. Since then I have taught and practiced in Austin, Northern Virginia, and Pittsburgh. I have a specialization in prenatal yoga, and love to teach a variety of styles here in Bridgeville, where I opened Bend the Bridge Yoga in July of 2016. Outside of being immersed in yoga (and loving every bit of it), I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughters and 2 dogs. Yoga has played a significant role in guiding me through balancing self, family and work. I am grateful to share that with others and teach what I love.”
