What are your three favorite movement activities in the Pittsburgh area? Walking my dog on the river trail, exploring downtown, boating and jet skiing on the river
Describe your fantasy movement-focused vacation…cost is not an object…where do you go and what do you do? Backpacking through Europe
What is your go-to weekday breakfast? Your weekend breakfast? Black coffee!! I do intermittent fasting.
What is your favorite thing to eat in Pittsburgh? Note: it does not need to be healthy. Noodlehead
What is the most unusual and/or challenging movement activity you’ve done? Would you do it again? Skydiving & yes
What movement activity/event are you looking forward to in the next year? I’m hoping to participate in a Tough Mudder or Spartan race in the next year!

What is your favorite recovery or self-care practice? Journaling outside in the sun
What is the one place visitors to Pittsburgh “must” see? Entering the city through the tunnels at dusk when it is completely lit up
