What are your three favorite movement activities in the Pittsburgh area? Running, Jumping, and Playing with my goat friends
Describe your fantasy movement-focused vacation…cost is not an object…where do you go and what do you do? 100 acres farm to run and play in the fields!!!!
What is your go-to weekday breakfast? Your weekend breakfast? Grass, hay sweet feed, pellets, and lots and lots of water abs treats from my human care takers!!!
What is your favorite thing to eat in Pittsburgh? Note: it does not need to be healthy. Animal crackers
What is the most unusual and/or challenging movement activity you’ve done? Would you do it again? Playing on the slides at the park
What movement activity/event are you looking forward to in the next year? My human care givers are taking me and my goat friends to Big Butler Fair In 2020 !!!!
Would you rather go scuba diving or skydiving? Sky diving
What is your favorite recovery or self-care practice? Long naps
What is the one place visitors to Pittsburgh “must” see? North park lots of grass there !!!
