Are you a Pittsburgh native? If not, what brought you to the Pittsburgh area? I am originally from Ohio but have lived in Pittsburgh since I was 8 weeks old!
What are your three favorite movement activities in the Pittsburgh area? swimming in the fountain steps on the north shore, chasing sticks in the Westmoreland Heritage Trail creek, swimming in the Point Fountain
Describe your fantasy movement-focused vacation…cost is not an object…where do you go and what do you do? on a boat- jumping off the edge of the boat to catch my ball, bringing it back and playing keep away from my mom and dad
What is your go-to weekday breakfast? Your weekend breakfast? raw turkey with blueberries, pumpkin, raw egg, veggies, and some kibble
What is your favorite thing to eat in Pittsburgh? Note: it does not need to be healthy. anything my mom is eating. mostly Iron Born Pizza
What is the most unusual and/or challenging movement activity you’ve done? Would you do it again? trying to jump the high fence at my grandparents house. would not do again. failed miserably.
What movement activity/event are you looking forward to in the next year? walking down the aisle at mom and dads wedding
Would you rather go scuba diving or skydiving? scuba. it’s in the water and I love swimming
What is your favorite recovery or self-care practice? scritch scratches from mom, sleeping while she uses the furminator to brush me
What is the one place visitors to Pittsburgh “must” see? any of the breweries where dogs are allowed
