Sleep is Essential.
We are energetic Labradors. To keep up our energy, we need sufficient sleep. We strive for a solid 8 hours per night plus extensive naps. We understand that humans don’t sleep as much as we do, but we strongly suspect most humans aren’t getting ENOUGH sleep.
Whether you have 2 legs or 4, prioritize sleep in your healthy lifestyle plan! Developing a healthy sleep routine may help you make good sleep part of your lifestyle…and remember, nap is not a 4-letter word!
